1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QuiverBeacon ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

QuiverBeacon is a mobile application that helps users track their snowboarding and skiing activities, optimize equipment choices, and connect with other riders. The App provides features for logging rides, tracking performance, and sharing experiences within the community.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share through the App. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App's services.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive material
• Promotes illegal activities or dangerous behavior

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscription services to support QuiverBeacon development. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Comply with Apple's terms and conditions
• Understand that purchases are non-refundable except as required by law

6.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

QuiverBeacon offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide ongoing support for app development:

• Monthly Supporter ($4.99/month): Monthly support for QuiverBeacon development
• Annual Supporter ($39.99/year): Annual support with 33% savings

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

6.2 One-Time Support Options

We also offer one-time support options:

• Coffee Support ($2.99): Buy me a coffee to support development
• Pizza Support ($9.99): Buy me lunch to support development
• Lift Ticket Support ($49.99): Support a ski day - major contribution
• Season Pass Support ($99.99): Season pass level support

6.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment information. Payment terms are governed by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Spam or harass other users

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IdealDay Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL IDEALDAY SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
