Hel Yes. 2025
2025 Yes. Hel Yes. Snowboard The Hel YES. has solidified its position as a leading standard for women&';s freeriding, clinching four consecutive Good Wood Awards. This snowboard boasts a directional twin layout, UnderBite outline, sintered base, and a bamboo stringer core, all contributing to Helen&';s distinctive imprint on the world of women&';s snowboarding. Laura Sidoruk, the artistic mind behind this masterpiece, seamlessly weaved her personal vision of the circle of life and death into the design. "I wanted to represent the duality of life and death and the cyclical nature of our environments around us. To illustrate this, I chose wolves and greenery to symbolize life, and wolves with fungi along with pieces of skeleton showing to symbolize death and how everything returns back to the earth. Connecting the two wolves is a root-like thread, bringing us back to the life cycle that is continually occurring all around us no matter what. A small reminder that life is short and to shred extra hard ;) *Base Colors May Vary Camber Profile Directional CamRock 2-3-2 - The response of camber with the floatability of rocker. By combining camber and rocker you allow the board to be both responsive and floaty. Camber between the feet acts as a spring keeping the contact points on the ground throughout the turn for better edge hold. Once compressed the camber will accentuate the rocker and lift the nose out more allowing it to float. Flex Flex Rating - 7/10 (1=Soft,10=Stiff) Shape Directional Twin Underbite - By indenting the edge under the feet a couple of millimeters, UnderBite acts as a serrated knife, redistributing rider weight and input power. This creates more leverage over the edges of the board for easier turn initiation, better edge hold, greater control, and smoother turns. Core Poplar/Paulownia/Bamboo - Creating a lighter, more responsive core than the Full Poplar. The Poplar + Bamboo uses the same durable core, lightens it up by replacing 30% of the Poplar with Paulownia and then inserts two bamboo stringers down the full length for added pop and response. Laminates Biaxial Glass Base Sintered True - True Sintered is harder and more expensive than extruded and it can be faster for those that ride aggressively fast. But to do that, it needs to be waxed and prepared for local conditions. Binding Compatibility 2 x 4 Inserts Slamback Inserts - Added inserts to set bindings back extra far to provide maximum float on those deep pow days.
