MTN Explore 95 2017

Perhaps the most versatile width in touring skis is the 95-100 mm range, and Salomon has zeroed in on this category with the exceptional Salomon MTN Explore 95 Skis. Wide enough to handle deep snow tours in winter, but light enough for longer hut trips or big volcano objectives, the MTN Explore 95 comes through with real performance at speed and on harder snow due to full vertical sidewalls in the carve zone and the addition of CFX Superfiber - a woven strip of carbon and flax over the Karuba wood core - that gives the ski both power and dampness. A few runs on this 1400 gram rocket and you'll be blown away by how well it rides compared to other skis in its weight class.
