Helix 2021
The Ride Helix Snowboard, named after a synonym for a spiral, is a board so techy and sciency, you'll expect it to turn down the mountain for you. And sometimes, it almost feels like it does. This all-mountain twin features not just an asymmetrical shape, but also quadratic sidecut, meaning that on each of the two unique edges, there are three unique turning radii, for a grand total of six meticulously designed sidecuts circling the board like electrons circling the nucleus of a carbon atom. Additional carbon atoms can be found making up the Carbon Silmerods built into the Helix's tip and tail. The end result of all of this crazy tech is a board that's snappy and responsive, yet criminally smooth, handling any turn shape with robotic efficiency.
