A ground-up fresh design emphasizing simplicity, functionality, and sustainability, the Phaenom Footwear fr 01 130 Ski Boots take something from both 2-piece and 3-piece designs - we'll call it a 2.5 piece - the fr 01 uses a "half cab" architecture with an overlap cuff, open scaffo (shell), and a much lower tongue than you're used to in other 3-piece boots. The 102mm forefoot width is built for comfort, and most average to somewhat wider feet should be fine in this boot. The available colorways = 1 (black) to make optimal use of recycled TPU plastics (thermoplastic urethane), and both shell and insoles use up to 30% recycled materials. The fr 01 130 includes a walk mode with 58 degree range of motion and tech fittings for your touring pleasure. Last: 102mm A wider last intended for average to wider and higher volume feet. Adjustable Forward Lean Three different flip chips are included, yielding angles of 13deg, 15deg and 17deg.
