Glossy Finish Light Core Nidecker's lightest core is composed of three wood types, including featherweight paulownia and super responsive poplar. Hardwood beech stringers down the center enhance the overall strength and boost pop. Triax Plus Fiberglass is woven in three directions at 45deg for max stiffness. The result of extensive testing, Triax Plus uses different glass densities above and below the core to deliver more consistent torsional flex, better pop, and lightning response.
