The completely redesigned Squire 11 builds upon the progressive Marker Royal family styling but is specifically designed for lighter weight or less agressive skiers. The lightweight Triple Pivot Light toe piece features a built-in Ice Rail to scrape boot soles before stepping in. Its state-of-the-art Hollow Linkage heel reduces step-in force by 35% while keeping the trustworthy retention Marker Bindings are known for. The new Squire 11 GW is a compact, light weight, low profile binding that offers GripWalk compatability and premium performance for less heavy skiers. Choosing your brake size is based on your ski width. The brake should be as close to the ski waist width as possible and no more than 5mm narrower or 15mm wider. 90mm fits skis: Joyride, Fastforward 100mm fits skis: Masterblaster, Allplay, Escalator, Flight 110mm fits skis: Vacation, Hotshot, Slacker TRIPLE PIVOT LIGHT TOE The compact toe features a horizontally inserted spring. Together with the gliding plate the gliding elements integrated into the sole holders ensure a more precise release behavior which is comparable to many other Marker bindings. An aluminum bridge on the top provides additional support without adding any extra weight. HOLLOW LINKAGE HEEL The Hollow Linkage Heel was designed to optimize retention for all common types of alpine and touring soles. The hollow axle saves on weight and maximizes the torsional stiffness.
