evo.com | Jones Snowboards > Slice and dice your way down the mountain like a boss on the Jones Freecarver 6000S Snowboard. Made to carve, this board has a ton of edge contact and a short radius sidecut meant to deliver on edge and not let up. When the weather deals you hardpack and you feel like laying it over, there's no better way to get that feeling than to "freecarve" it. 2 x 4 Insert Pattern Oversized Recycled Edges All Jones boards are made with oversized recycled steel edges for added durability and improved production sustainability. Recycled ABS ABS plastic is one of the necessary evils of snowboard production. Jones improves the sustainability of their snowboards by using only recycled plastic. Blunt Nose "How a board glides in powder, crust, corn or any snow more than an inch deep is dictated by it's front contact point and just past it. Next time you are in soft snow watch how much snow comes over the corner of the nose near the contact point. The billowing snow coming out from behind the tip means you are plowing through it which is obviously slowing you down. By adding a blunt nose you get the float benefits of a much longer nose without the 'snow plow' rounded tip and it's extra swing weight." - Jeremy Jones Wend Natural Wax Jones boards are ready to shred straight out of the shop and are factory waxed with WEND natural wax. The Jones Mercury Bindings are built for riders who blur the line between freeride and freestyle, offering the perfect combo of nimble power and all-terrain versatility. With Skate Tech for lightning-fast edge-to-edge response and Power Spine Ankle Straps featuring Flip-It technology, these bindings are as responsive as they are comfortable. Whether you're slashing powder or launching side hits, the Mercury gives you the control to ride creatively and confidently. They're the go-anywhere, do-everything bindings for riders who want performance without compromise. Skate Tech The components of the SkateTech design mimic the function of a skateboard truck. The "Hanger" acts as a lever that transfers energy input from the straps to the "Bushings" and onto the board edges. The "Kingpin" acts as the fulcrum for the "Hanger" and magnifies the energy transfer through leverage. Traditional bindings lose energy when the baseplate flexes and bends unevenly. The energy loss forces you to crank your straps tighter and ride with more forward lean to gain the same control. Uneven pressure and tight straps lead to more foot fatigue and pain. By evenly pivoting over the "Post", the middle of your board flexes more uniformly and your energy inputs are focused directly on your edge. Your feet stay more relaxed and more comfortable because the bindings transfer power to the board with less work. Power Spine Ankle Straps Two part molded ankle strap with a wider bottom section for flexible comfort and a stiffer center spine for unmatched response. Flip-It Strap compatible (Surf mode vs Freeride mode). Control Flex Highback Designed for balanced response and flex. Mid-wide profile and mid-stiff flex let you lock in turns or tweak airs. Personality / Flex: Stiff & Lively 4/5 (1 = Soft and Forgiving, 5 = Stiff and Lively) Carbon Injected Hanger 3.0 Binding hanger design featuring a wider bushing footprint that's closer to the edges for enhanced board connection and faster energy transfer. The Hanger 3.0 is also lighter weight and has a lower inner lateral wall for better ankle mobility and high volume boot fit. | Jones Freecarver 6000S Snowboard 2026 - 154N Package (154N cm) + S Mens in Black Size 154N/S | Plastic
