MadC, is a legendary graffiti artist from Germany who's been using the streets as her canvas for over 25 years. MadC is a true student of graffiti culture, working her way up from a teenager with a few rattle cans to now being one of the world's highest regarded street artists. Her portfolio includes murals commissioned by prestigious art museums, dozens of sold out gallery shows and 3 self-published books on the history and theory of street art. MadC's style is fast and vivid, using transparent layers to create dynamic calligraphy on a massive scale without using traditional graffiti language. The result of her madness are immensely colorful abstract paintings that pop off the wall and draw in viewers with a universal understanding of energy and depth. She was a no-brainer for collaboration and somebody we've been looking forward to working with for a long time. Similar to seeing a J on the mountain and instantly knowing what it is, that's what it's like seeing a MadC piece in the wild!
