The Allplay "DEERJERK" Bryn Perrott x J Collab Limited Edition 2026

This is a one-of-a-kind graphic collaboration with artist Bryn Perrott. The wood carvings she creates are traditionally used as blocks to make prints on paper. However unlike other artists, Bryn intends the blocks to become the artwork itself. I choose a few of my favorite pieces and together we dialed in this layout on the ski. Bryn went to college for print making where she learned how to carve. Later while working at the counter of a tattoo studio, she was inspired by tattoo flash (stock designs for inspiration). She began making wood carving of the flash and selling to tattoo customers, which quickly became popular far outside the tattoo parlor. Bryn gets a lot of satisfaction from physically making something, although she doesn't consider herself a woodworker, but more of a print maker, simply without the prints. She says she's inspired by folk art and likes carving animals but also has fun creating monsters because they’re sort of like animals but better visually. The combination of Bryn's hand crafted 3-dimensional high contrast wood work and unique looking animals and creatures resulted in a really beautiful ski that is truly one-of-a-kind!
