evo.com | Burton Snowboards > Some boards need an introduction. This isn't one of them. The Burton Family Tree Hometown Hero Snowboard was shaped by icy lines, tight turns, and the kind of terrain that demands a board that can do it all without making you think twice. That heritage shows up in everything. Directional shape with enough taper to float the nose in the deep stuff, but lively and responsive when the snow firms up and the pitch gets real. This is the daily driver that doesn't know how to have a bad day. Groomers, powder, trees, hardpack, that one sketchy traverse you have to cross to get to the good stuff, the Hometown Hero handles all of it with the same confidence. A true quiver killer. Directional The classic snowboard shape, designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while still giving you plenty of float, flow, and control to rip any terrain or condition. Super Fly II(TM) 700G Core Stronger and lighter woods target specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength, and reduced weight. Directional Camber A blend of rocker and camber in the nose combines float and control while camber under the back foot drives with power and stability. Personality 5 - 8 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) 45deg Carbon Highlights Carbon Highlights optimizes each layer of the fiberglass matrix and adds a full tip-to-tail carbon layer to reduce weight and fine tune torsional feel to achieve different ride characteristics. A 60deg fiber angle creates a highly maneuverable and playful feel, while a 45deg fiber angle provides a more aggressive ride. | Burton Family Tree Hometown Hero Snowboard 2027 - 165W
