evo.com | Blizzard Skis > The Blizzard Rustler 11 Skis' fans are legion, and there's a very good reason. It's hard to think of another comp-worthy powder ski with as much backbone that isn't a handful to turn in a tight spot. Don't be afraid to ski the Rustler 11 a bit longer than usual, the expansive tip and tail rocker make it easier to turn than you'd expect but make staying on top of knee-deep fluff a breeze. The Titanal-around-the-perimeter FluxForm design has proven a winner both for weight reduction and durability, and a splashy new graphic adds to the buzz. Sintered Graphite Base Rocker Camber Rocker Ski profile with rocker at the tip and tail, camber in the middle. Reducing the pressure on the edge at the tip and tail makes the ski even easier to handle and increases flotation on powder snow. The camber guarantees great grip on packed snow. Sandwich Compound Sidewall All Blizzard skis with the exception of some junior skis are built with ABS or Phenol sidewalls for superior performance (stability, power transmission, handling) and durability. TrueBlend Freeride Core Combining Beech, Poplar and Paulownia woods in a uniquely balanced blend that's tailored to the performance needs of each Rustler or Sheeva ski, the TrueBlend Free cores are labor-intensive but allow the flex to be tuned more precisely than ever before. FluxForm FluxForm - Two pieces of Titanal run the length of the ski on either side and taper toward the extremities of the ski. Combined with a separate Titanal plate underfoot, this construction allows for precise edge grip and dampening underfoot while allowing the tips and tails to flex freely. FluxForm varies according to model, with the Rustler 9 using more metal than the 10 or 11. The Salomon Strive 14 GW Ski Bindings are an all-new lightweight resort ripper for responsive freeriding. The design of the LDN toepiece puts you close to the snow for maximum contact and response, enhancing power transmission for a smooth on-snow feel. The superlight design is reinforced with metal in key areas, and 45mm of elastic travel means they can handle rough riding without letting you down. The low profile Strive 14 bindings set a new standard in all-mountain performance. Locking Brakes The brakes feature a smartly designed clip-in system that locks the skis together as you throw them over your shoulder, making long hauls easy! Automatic Toe Adaptation The toe adapts automatically to your alpine normed boot height and ensures constant release values, even on worn out boots. LDN Toe Low. Direct. Neutral. These are the deign characteristics of the revolutionary new LDN Toepiece. A lower center of gravity places the binding closer to the ski for better next-to-snow feel and the wide base delivers more direct response and reaction throughout the turn. The flatter, neutral stance puts the skier in a more balanced position by preserving the natural flex and arc of the ski. Height 19.6mm We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width. | Blizzard Rustler 11 Skis 2027 - 168 Package (168 cm) + 115 Adult Alpine Bindings in Yellow Size 168/115
