Black Crows

Vastus Freebird 2018

A fast and light ski for those who can't afford to give up edgehold and security on the steeps, the Black Crows Vastus Freebird Skis are an alpinist's dream. A superlight balsa-flax core keeps the weight down under 1000 grams per ski, and the 76 mm waist provides enough support to handle a variety of snow conditions. Like most ultra light touring skis, the Vastus Freebird features a long, fully cambered profile to put maximum edge length on the snow - which you'll appreciate come "no fall" time. This season, set your objectives high and bring along the Vastus Freebird plus a few extra bags of fitness, and see what heights you can reach.
